Modular Compressor Station Package

PCW’s Modular compressor station was designed to be a turn key “plug & play” design where everything can shipped 100% complete and bolted up in the field. Not only does this reduce the overall cost down substantially but it reduces the completion time as well. Our standard configurations are available from 5.0 MMscfd to 120.0 MMscfd and can provide a baseline package all the way to a fully customized station to meet your needs. There are other contributing factors that stand out with our design

• Our design has been built and proven.
• Package can be sized up or scaled down to meet your gas conditions
• Can process gas compositions of multiple varieties
• Electric or Gas powered compressors can be utilized
• Design can be easily broken down, transported to a new facility, and re-installed
• Fabrication can be started and completed while waiting on the compressors and premitting process
• Our baseline product consists of (20) modular piping skids for a total of (4) compressors
  • ESD Meter skid, Finger skid, Slug Catcher skid, Header skids, and etc.
• We can provide an optional Dehy, tower, and B-TEX unit for your gas dehydration
• Optional fuel gas skid and membrane skid available upon request
• Design is 95% bolt up with 5% Field welding for tying in run out piping to the compressor
• All Heat tracing, insulation, and electric is completed at the shop before shipped to the field.
